Vesper Vodka - US Launch.
The Ask
Introduce a new vodka brand into New York and New Jersey with immediate credibility. The goal was not just distribution, but placement in the right rooms - venues that define taste, not follow it. The brand needed to arrive fully formed, with a clear point of view, and the flexibility to scale without losing its identity.
What We Did
We created the brand from the ground up - name, visual language, tone, and product positioning. From there, we built a complete system of assets across packaging, launch materials, menus, social content, and in-venue presence. Every touchpoint was designed to feel consistent and intentional, from bottle to bar to screen. The rollout focused on selective placement, aligning the brand with operators, bartenders, and venues that shape culture rather than chase it.
The Result
Vesper launched into over 100 venues across New York and New Jersey, with distribution continuing to grow. The brand established early traction in the right environments, building recognition through presence rather than mass exposure. Instead of a broad rollout, it entered as a controlled, visible signal within the market - positioned for scale without dilution.
